The President instructed to provide emergency aid to Turkey

Kazakhstani rescuers and medics will fly to the affected regions.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the government to provide emergency assistance to the Republic of Turkey to overcome the consequences of the devastating earthquake in the southeast of the country, the Akorda press service reported.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations have established contact with the Turkish authorities. In the near future, at the request of the Turkish Government, Kazakhstani rescuers and medics will fly to the affected regions.
